Meet Jaclyn Cervantes

Founder & Finance and Operations Consultant

With over 15 years of experience spanning operations, leadership, finance, and nonprofit administration, Jaclyn brings a unique understanding of how organizations function from the ground up.

Her career began in hospitality leadership, where she spent over a decade supervising teams, managing daily operations, and developing strong leadership and problem-solving skills. She later transitioned into finance and nonprofit operations, supporting organizations through financial management, grant compliance, procurement, audit preparation, process improvement, and internal control development.

Throughout her career, Jaclyn has built financial systems, improved workflows, created procedures, supported funding compliance, managed reconciliations, and partnered with teams to create more efficient and accountable operations.

Jaclyn's approach is rooted in the belief that financial systems should do more than record information—they should provide clarity, support decision-making, and help organizations achieve their mission.
